Employee and his work and contribution

The most important point to keep in mind is employee exist becuase the company exists. If the company is not there, he cannot be there. Company is nothing but group of employees who drives it with a vision.
So the employee of any company
1. Must work for task he is taken for and
2. Must contribute to the growth of organization

Employee performance evaluation is on the work he supposed to do. But the rewards system is always for the contribution he does for org, team or group.

Mentoring Team -- Style of leadership

As we were discussing about this, I have asked my team to watch out out executive all hands which happend next day.

Each of them expalined what was observed based on their perspective they had at that time. so we did brought in different incidents happend during past to compare thier observations and how a leadership style helps in career growth...

The most important aspects which adds value in developing a style
1. Presentation of yourself
2. Body movements - standing, walking, talking, eye movements etc.
3. Appearance and dressing
4. words, phrases and sentances
5. Subject matter expertise

All these contributes to develop oursleves as leaders.

No pressure ...........No diamonds

Today my eyes and mind stuck at a wonderful statement

NO PRESSURE …………... NO DIAMONDS..........

yes, it signals, to be bright and prospering.... we need to have pressure. Pressure to fulfill or pressure to accomplish.

The pressure from self discipline or someone dear and near or supervisor helps us to see a great results.


Pressure avoids any procrastination. So we don’t need to curse us for procrastination any more………

Just invite pressure ………………pressure…………… pressure………..:) things will be done and we will be happy after seeing results……… 
