Power to look at alternatives

When something is not in place when you want to do something, you should look for alternatives rather than procrastinating it.

I remember reading in a book that something exist in universe as they are. They just cann't change for your convinence. you should change yourself to exist with the things as they are or try to find alternatives. There are somethings that you can really change and make it adjustable to your nature.

Everyone needs to develop power to live with those cannot be changed, or try to look for alternatives. You need power to make your mind to look for alternatives when someting is not working for you.

A trip to HariHareswar and Dive Akar

Everyone was told to be there at office at 6 AM, but all were late except me and tour organisers. Finally, after loading necessary stuff and people, around 7.30 Am the bus was started for the destination. On the way, we picked up others from differnt places of pune.

While we were heading for our tour destination, we played some games like Antyakshari, House. It was so fun to observe the competition and teasing. Now and then we had glimpses of beautiful nature in valleys peering through bus windows. I took some snaps of those bueatiful locations. We stopped at Mahabhaleswar for breakfast around 11.00 AM. We had some special dishes of Mahabhaleswar. We went to a shop to see what is being sold there. We saw Strawberry related Jam, crush and so on. I took Strawberry jam and some chacoletes. Later, we got into bus and were riding towards Hari Hareswar. Mahabhaleswar was really a bueaty of nature. I amused the valley and slowly my senses moved into the deep meditation of sleep.
I got up from my deep thoughts of meditation as I felt muggy and sweaty. I presumed we reached the Arabian coast as it was such a humid. I asked one of us how far we were from the destination. I got the response saying another 2 hours of journey. Then I was trying to get back to sleep, but I couldn't succeed.

Finally, we reached our destination Hari Hareswar around 4 PM. We were given different rooms to stay and put our luggage in respective rooms. I was eagarly looking to take a tea and refresh. I enquried others and a few of us went to cafeteria. There was not tea. But canteen guys told us they prepared the lunch and said if it was not taken, it would be wasted. Then we all decided to refresh and came back to have lunch as much as possible. I washed my face and combed my hair. I got ready and waiting for other roommates to ready. All were ready and we went canteen to have lunch. We took some light food. Some of our guys went into sea and others were watching from shore. I was the one among group watching from shore.
Many were asked me to dive into sea, but I said I would go on next day morning. We spent some time there and moved back to take bath and later to have dinner. All were came to dinner place and we played a game of muscial chair. After this game, we all finished our dinner around 11 PM. Meanwhile, resort guys prepared the bonfire. We all reached the bonfire and circled to play the game of musical ball/disk. On the other side I was getting sleep. I was forcibly focusing on the game. Around 12 PM we stopped the game and celebrated the birthday of Sameer's wife. Later, we all dispersed to sleep.
The next day morning around 6 AM I and few of others went into sea and enjoyed the water waves massage. We spent almost an hour in the sea and came back to room. I took bath and got ready by holding camera to take some snaps. Other room-mates were still getting ready. I told them I would be at canteen for breakfast after taking snaps. I went outside with camera and met other guys we were already capturing stills. I joined them and took some snaps here and there. We returned to canteen to have breakfast. We finished breakfast. We thought to dump our baggage in bus and go to Hari Hareswara temple. Many of our guys moved ahead, but I was stuck as I didn't have my room key with me. I was waiting for others to come. It became late. It was about 11.30 AM when we departed from room. We reached the bus and observed all other guys who went earlier were not there. I pushed my luggage into bus and told rest of the guys I was going to call others. Along with me, I took another 2 guys. We went to see temple in the first place. We met the other guys in the temple. I asked them weather they had already visted the sea shore. They said they hadn't. I asked them to wait, so we would join them. We went for Darsan. By the time we came out from Darsan those were not there. After that, we took a path on the hill to sea the sea shore. It was awesome. It was a good picturesque. We saw others there. We took some snaps and I asked them to move as it was getting late. But one of our guys said there was another view point which was really good. I reiteratd that we were getting late to reach next destination. They insisted on going and finally I said okay. We went there and saw the view. It was really a bueatiful scenary.

Har Hareswar was a small village spotted with small hills and Hari Hereswara temple. The temple was very old. They laid out two paths to a hill adjescent the temple. One path lead to give a good sight seeing of sand sea shore. Other path lead to awefull view of rock sea shore.

Mantra

Today, I read an article in newspaper. It is talking about something Mantra.I guess you also feel some familiarity with this word. We generally use this word when we do Puja or meditation. Now, this word become business jargaon with the same meaning, but with different context. Mantra means repetion of some words in normal context. In business jargon, it is using the same principle or secret repeatedly to achieve great things.

Organizing Self

I wonder what is the meaning of organizing self. I heard and read many times. Does it mean organizing ourselves as a plan or activity? I could sesne that way. I , also, guess it should be something about planning all our activities in a proficient manner, similar to the way we plan any external activity or event.

We generally mess up our daily activities with a lot many things to do. This is becuase we don't have clear plan for our activities to be finished. We either plan or think about different activities at the same time and end up with uncertianity and no output. Sometimes, we think to see all activites being finished in no time, but nothing happens and we end up with piled up activites for next day.

I had read a story in one of the news letter about a person who did nothing by the end of the day when he thinks to do whatever come to his way.

He wanted to clean the car so he got pipe and he was searching keys and found paper on the table and he started reading news paper. He felt of having tea while reading the newspaper. He move towards the kitchen and saw some thing which outside of fridge. He took it and try to keep in fridge and saw a cool drink. He thought to drink and cool drink and took out and saw some dirt on the flower vase on the table. He kept the bottle aside and tried cleaning. While tyring to clean, he got a call. While talking on phone, he got remebered to call his girl friend. Like this the day was finished. Ultimately he did nothing. The time passed and the day was over. Becuase he was not organized himself what to do when, he got into such situation of wanting to do whatever comes into his way.

This is just becuase we don't have a plan or thought how to finish each activity in an organized way. When you handle activites criss-cross way, we will not be able to finish any of them. We need to have clear mind on what activity we should take up first and next. This is what I suppose organizing self. We do things or activites in an organized way. No confusion, no criss-cross. No wastage of time. Complete productivity.

Politicians and thier criminal acts

IT was raining outside. I felt it was cool and windy. I took the news paper to read headlines. My eyes were caught at one headline indicating imprisonment for a uninon minister who involved in a murdercase of his party private secretory. How absurd was it? A leader elected by people behaved like criminal. There was no difference between a criminal who commits crime for money and these politiciens who commits crime for thier eternity in politics. Leader was elected to direct the prople and country to next generation. So that country would be developed and therefore people would prosper.

Was it a mistake of people electing such a politicians? Or
Was it a mistake of god who makes such pepole politicians?

Whatever it may be the country should not be in the hands of such politicians. Country needs leaders who can drive the people and give direction for coutry growth. We need softkills to develop nations not to kill the truth. We need physical strength to work for nation and its people, but not to kill others.

What to speak?

On one occassion I was asked to speak on something. It was like sudden and I could not understand on which topic I could speak on.

I said, "well, What do I speak?". They insisted to talk on anything.
Then my subconscious mind signalled me the quatation, "be as creator not competetor". It is one of my best quatations. I always follow and convey the same to as many as people. It gives me abundent space to prove myself when I think myself as creator.

When I was looking at myself as competetor to others , I learnt only what others knew. So I just spoken on the subject. I told them to be as creator not comptetor. Craeator never dies, but competetor will. Creator always creates his own space wherever he go. But competetor depends on others, he always acquire what others has. So he spends all his time and efforts based on others. He never feels happy, because one or another has something which he does not. So tries to learn that someone has. By that his half of the life will go like that. So he becomes tired, looses confident and he cannot able to learn what the new competetor has. Ultimatly, he gets death as competetor.

But creator, on the otherhand, never consider others creations as competition. He just looks them as co-existing creations. he may use those creations as a base for further creations. Thomous A Edison was a great creator, he was always having bussiness on either creations. He never gave up on creating creations. Now, if you look at around the world, every industry is trying to be more creative in their process to reap more benifits by spending on R&D. Earlier, thery were on competitive edge, and then they got to know they couldn't survive unless some add on features added through crativity to thier products or services.

Samething is true even for a professional in his career. If the professional does not provide creative thoughts, he will be soon out of service. Industry needs creativity or innovation in the existing process to serve the customer better and better to gain market. Industry doesn't want only competetive skills, because it can train the professionals to get those skills but not creativity. Creativity is feature should be developed by each individual.

Relationship

Relationship is a bond between two human beings. It may be between wife and husband. It may be between childern and parents. It may be among sibilings, friends, or cousins.I strongly beleive in the following points to maintain a good relationship.
1. Understanding
2. Listening
3. Serving, helping or giving nature
4. Contolled tongue
5. Respect the relationship

Understanding:
This is the main thing should exist between two parties to prevail thier relationship. This makes people tied forever. This gives an opportunity to understand other's mentality, reactions, thoughts and behaviour. Thus, gives the one to move accordingly to maintain relationship. Also, it helps the one to help the other as per other's expections. That wil touch other's heart This is viceversa. The relationship grows very nicely.

Listening:
Listening is more important than talking. This solves 90% issues without taking any action. When one is keen to listen what is told, he is making direct connection to others heart. This develops comfortable reciprocation to share thoughts, ideas, issues etc. This helps to maintain sustainable relationship.

Serving/Giving/Helping Nature:
All human beings prefer to be served. But, if they know the universal principle of serving ohers and expect nothing from others, that would changes entire perspective of the world. Serving, helping or giving is more important and it will be reciprocated in multiples of what one has done.

Controlled Tongue:
This is another important point after listening. Everyone should have control on their tongue. Words should be selective and proper. Words used should not hurt the others in any case. One who has controlled tongue maintains good relationships.

Respect the relationship:
This is another crucial point. If one does not has a respect on the relationship what one has with other, it breaks immediatly. Also it never be taken by heart.

life enlightening information

Rama N. R. Gannabattula would love to share the following usuful information to achieve any pursuing activity.

We do something to get something out of it. We do that something by streching ourseleves to a great extent and get the output we want. That is really fentanstic and we become great acheivers. What is there on the earth loveler than this? I agree there is nothing in the universe which is lovelier than the one we acheived by ourselves.

I certainly think that our great achivement is because of excellent creativity, hardwork, time we spend on it and etc..

We have the product which is the outcome of work done. Now we want another master piece like that. What we will do? Well, it is very obvious we squeeze ourselves to create another one. Excellent. We do it again. This is another showpiece to look at from our armory. What else is there on the earth than to be happier?

But, do we look at the producer of those product? Will the producer be able to develop another creativity/wonder? Does the producer gets overhaul regualarly to become more potent for furture?

What happens if we use our vehicles without giving for service regularly? Someday it stops on the road and then we must take that to machanic. Mechanic charges you more to repair it and as well he say the lifetime of engine has comedown. So we probably can't use it for longer. Here the producer is vehicle and product is its use. we concentrated much on its use not on producer. Now it stopped producing its service.

The samething happens for our lifes also. As we are producers, we are not taking care much about ourselves. We are concentrating on productss So, our lifespan reducess and it ask for more medications.

We need to have a balanced care about producer and product. So that we will have the producer to produce more products during lifespan. Also it nurishes existing skills like incrasing creativity skills and etc....

Jokes collection

One day Nasreddin went to town to buy new clothes. First he tried on a pair of trousers. He didn't like the trousers, so he gave them back to the shopkeeper. Then he tried a robe which had the same price as the trousers. Nasreddin was pleased with the robe, and he left the shop. Before he climbed on his donkey to ride home, the shopkeeper and the shop-assistant ran out.

"You didn't pay for the robe!" said the shopkeeper.

"But I gave you the trousers in exchange for the robe, didn't I?" replied Nasreddin.

"Yes, but you didn't pay for the trousers, either!" said the shopkeeper.

"But I didn't buy the trousers," replied Nasreddin. "I am not so stupid as to pay for something which I never bought."

Days gone were good. Days come are going to be very good.

Gannabattula's past days

Days gone were good. Days come are going to be very good.

O' my dear love, Laddu,

Do you remember you and I went to fields near Gunupudi on our lovely and accompanying Sunny. That was really a sunny day. The sun was scoarching. We thought to go somewhere away from the sight of our daily view. We thought to go towards Narasapur road via Gunupudi. Then we set out riding on our lovely vehicle towards Gunupudi bridge there after towards Naraspur road. There we saw a beautiful location which covered a palm of coconut trees and paddy fileds besides a lovely rippling canal passing by. We went to that place around 5 PM. We sat there on a bench. It seemed to me somebody arranged the bench for us to enjoy the nature together. We chitchatted on many things. We even presumed that if our tractor guys saw us, they would go and tell to our parents. We enjoyed watching squiral which was looking at us as we were an eloping pair. We observed the squiral moving here and there and up and down along coconut palm trees.

We saw the field workers we were removing weeds from paddy fields. We enjoyed watching the ripples in the adjascent canal by throughing stones into it. We were there till nightfal and moved back home.

Do you remember on what we chitchatted?

Clumsy thoughts

Goodmorning..
It's a lovely day. After a scorching day, the evening took over with cool breeze. I was thinking about Money. Why was it had such value? I saw people doing anything for money.
Does it mean money does anything? Don't people think money is an instrument and it be used than being used by it.

I know money is powerful tool. It's just a tool like any other tool. If one uses it properly like many other tools, it helps the one in easing one's work else it works againest the one. So I would always think all tools should work for one. No one should work for tools. Tools are made to be used. The technique of using a tool effectively and effeicently for one's own requriements is the secret of one's achievement.

Money also act similiar way, if one uses it wisely it helps one in achiving what one wants. But if one is influenced or used by money, the one goes to dogs.

A writing on my thought of writing

I want to improve english. This is what i think daily, but I never really serious about it and do something. Daily, I think to write something on any topic. Whenever I think like that my mind becomes active and thinks over some stuff. Once i come out of those thoughts,I tell to myself I should blog this. but when I come to write I won't get words. So I postphone writing. I know this is bad. I don't understand how to overcome this. I thought to put the same here, so it becomes atleast a reminder for me.

I want to write a lot on many things. When i really sitdown to write, my mind won't churn out words which are suitable to what I want to write. My mind thinks to bueatify the sentences with nice words which I bascially think of in my native language.

I would love to write on any topic which comes into my mind. But when i sitdown to write , my fingers do not move forward. My mind searches for words which again my heart does not like to put those words.

I want to be a great reader, writer and speaker. I know, if i want to become a great writer, reader or speaker, i need to be consistent in learning and applying the lerarnings. I am tring to be deciplined whlie learning and doing things regarding english, but i am losing consistency.

I always think to read slowly a sentence by sentence, but my eyes and mind are faster than my thoghts. So I constantly loose the consciousness of reading slowly.

Similary while speaking.

My Village

I had been working in Banglore. I had planned to spend two weeks at my homeland and enjoy the nature. I had boarded a train called Seshadri which goes to Kakinada via Thirupathi where the lord Sri Venkateswar abodes. The journey was very good as the train cuts through many villages and cities of Karanataka, little bit in Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh. I had great glimpses on many villlages and crops that grow in those areas and people wearing styles. It was almost 16 hour journey and we came across the people who speak different languages in the train. It was awesome to observe their chit chat. The sightseeing was pretty good. We reached a city Bhimavaram in Andhrapradesh. Then we first went to a village where our forefathers lived. I felt a great feeling about that land. I took the snap of typical village road.

Ater this, I reached my homeland Srungavarappadu in East Goadavari distrcit. It was always a great pleasure to be at homeland. We celebrated the pongal Sankranthi there. It was a tranditional pongal. It was started on 13 Januray. It was a 5 days pongal. Each day had its own celebrations. The first day was Bogi, village childern or adolescents procured some logs to lit up in the early morning of the day.

We went into village fields and captured some bueatiful scenaries.

Depedent, Independent and Interdependent

Every one evolves oneself on any developmental activity through above phases. Child is always dependent on parents and others who takescare of that child. The child always thinks to grow fast and become independent from others. As a child he thinks to be independent to perform his own activites, to become finanacially free and whatever one think of. A grown up independent person reliases society really interdependent.

Similarly, whenever a person wants to learn something, he is dependent and he thinks to become independent by learning it fast. Once he has learned the subject, he gets to know the acually process interdependent.

Team is the matter not an individual

A Team In Gannabattula's View:

Team, a group of people united, forms on a motto of acheiving something. Some people feel team is most important than individual. They show all thier success to world as team work and they say if it is not the team they couldn't do anything. It's team spirit. Mostly team leaders get rewards for the team sucesses, but it's the sucesses of each individual team member combined together team sucesses. The team sucesses depends on the team members cooperation, understandings, team leaders direction. Team leaders are the main actors to achive great cooperation, understanding between team members. I believe that everything in this world is invented, or discovered by a team not merely individual. If our history says that somebody discovered india to the westernworld, it was not the one person went out and discovered India. It was a team headed by a person. If that team had not supported the person, could he have done his discovry? Thought may come to a single person to discover or invent but while putting the thought into action he definetly need some reliable team which always supports him in all his activities towards fulfilling his discovery or invention. Do we say Newton invented all his inventions by himself without a support from either a fellow scientists or laboratory workers? Can we think of Bill Gates creaeted his empire by himself without a great team supported him? Everything is achived through a group of people who contributes through either working, giving direction, or giving knowledge.

Team and work

Working in any organization means your are going to team up to achieve organiazational goals in its business. Team is all for an organization for either good or bad. Teaming up right minded people is a great success to project and its organization. Projects will either succeed or fail based on team. Team dynamics are important for an organization to be succesful.

The memebers in the team are responbile to be a sucessful team. Members should have right attitude, cordial relationship, respect for each other, fun, creativity, openness to succeed in any project. The team should be free enough to provide a good solution for any project.

Team members should feel freedom to doing things differently and sucessfully. I have teamed up in many organization to fulful the given assignment. But eventhough we achieved the success in all assignments as team, I felt a great deal of achivement, fun, coordial relationsip, respect for each other in a few teams.

One among those teams was MindTree Dubal project team. It had good team managers who cares for their team members and colleagues who are cordial, joyful, and are ulitimate acheivers. I had a great feeling of achivement, perfection, jobsatisfication and warmth relationship with all team members. It was a personal touch to my heart to work with such people. It was fentastic to work with such managers who made us feel comfort and cared for us.

My Imaginary world

I sometimes feel what i would be doing if i am not in the present field of work. I imagined myself in different thoughts and I felt that i was completely in different world.

Gannabattula's imaginary Past:

If i had not studied engineering, i would have been studied an IPS or IAS. If i think about the past, I would have been preparing for an IPS or IAS. I would have been reading very hard all sort general knowledge information. I would have been spending days and night as similar. I would have been disucssing the relevent topics with many friends. I would have been enjoying with friends in theaters, restaurants, and public places apart from reading. I would have freeked out from time to time. As the time nearing for exams I would have been studying very hard to get into an IPS/IAS. If i had gotten qualified, i would have been sent for trainging. I would have been trained hard to tackle any difficult system. I would have been learning all crisis management, administration, tackling the problems with joy. I would have been questioning them enthusiastically about all possible cases. I would have been stood as one of the perfect learning IAS or IPS officer. I would have been carrying the pride of IAS or IPS trainaing with me. If i had finished the training, I would have been mounted with IAS or IPS. I would have been waiting for posting orders. I would have been carrying the capacity of IAS or IPS wherever i go. If i had posted as state secretory, I would have been helping the goverment to function well. I would have helping the public at my best. I would have been educating the public in all aspects. I would have been understanding politics. I would have been interfere a little bit in politics.

If i had not interested in politics, i would have continuied in the post. I would have not gotten a chance to help our people. I would have not gotten a chance to develop our society , country, and people.
If i had been elected as a chiefminister, I would have been ruling the state and i would have been doing the following things.

Imaginary present:
If i were the cheifminister of my state, i would be doing the following things.
I would eliminate the discrepancy between people. I would make the country with one indian religion, indian caste. No matter whatever the problems, I would make the people to follow one religion and one caste. If they need to maintain thier religion, I would make the to follow those only in the house and in thier temples but not in the public. No religion names for any organisations, helping institutions, polictical parties. Any help to the people would be served based on their economy not based on any religion or caste.
I would make them all are equal. I would provide equal importance to all human beings.
I would not tolerate any gender descrepancy. I would make every to grow by using their minds. I would make people to help the government. I would make people learning how to earn thier bread.

Out Bound Training Expands Mind Thinking and Maturity

IT Industry is time competitive industry to earn, finish and delever a project. Its profits are measured against time. It employs people who value against time. So, obviously, employees in IT races againest time to get more margin to company and more CTC to their pockets. This race causes a lot of pressure in employees. This industry raises competency between the employees. and that causes peer pressure and then jealous relationship between employees. Employees loose the great environment of co-ordination, co-operation and lively atmosphere in the company. Everyone sees the other as competitor and lacks the co-operation to be suceed as team. Indsutry represents its employees not the building or machinery. Industry suceed only when employees work together and give more output. Sucesses at individual level wouldn't help the industry. Sucesses from individuval shold go towards team, then towards group and then towards industry. This happens only when there is an amicable environment between empoyees and employees are nurtured creativity instead of competitiveness.

Out-bound training is useful to provide an understanding between employees about what is team, and how a team can achieve more than individual. Ofcourse, team achievement is nothing but a collective achivments of each individual for greater sucesses. Outbound trainging gives you different thinking, maturity and make you feel as team than a individual. Outbound training gives you feeling that each one is a great contributor for a great sucesses. It tells you there is nothing that only one person can achieve it. It's like one persone is good at onething, the other is good at another and collectively they can achive things.

During trainging the trainer reveals the things to trinees through small expirments and he explaines the input which are taken from the team members to all in right perspective and direction and cultivate the environment that they missed something but others have it and if they combine and work together you achive a lot.

Outbound training gives you some time off from work and gives you fun. It gets you all known each other thoroughly. It reveals the talent/creativity of each individual. This improves confidence of an individual in the team. This is relief from daily routines, chaos, chores. Every individual can also get the comfort in team when he is out with them for fun activities. Each individual rejoice in fun activities and understands the other person. It removes all prejudices, jealous and invokes thought to be united and have great visulization, capacity, creativity.

I am very confident that who undergo outbound training under proper instructor will absorb the following things
1. Thinks in terms of team
2. Approches team members easily
3. Proacative contribution
4. Able to lead the team
5. Gives helping hand
6. Visualizes the work
