Managing the Management?

All great managers have good time to plan and execute work. They would be appreciated for the work. But they get tough time while managing the managers. Do you understand the difference? The first one is there is something exist and you're just managing it by putting plan and time there. -- A manager- plan and delegate The second one is there is nothing exist and you need to create and put a plan to achieve it. --- A leader -- creates and achieves In other words, the first one is a project execution in company. The second one is a ROI for company. Without this there is no first one. So tough to manage......... :) Leader can do it.......
